Hi all, I have bought off the website the Stronghold Crusader version and it said it was compatible for the Mac OS X 10.6.8 which is the version I have.

I have bought a couple of games previously (theme hospital and sim city without issue), it downloads fine but when I try to install it says 'You can't open the application. Stronghold Crusader HD because it is not suported on this type of Mac'.

However it did say this version was compatible,

Any Ideas?

Have you tried this from the "Common troubleshooting steps" yet?

- Make sure that Accessibility options are enabled (the installer would have prompted you to do so, but please check it): System Preferences -> Accessibility -> [check] Enable access for assistive devices.

- Copy the game from the DMG file to the Applications folder again - in case it got corrupted. If that doesn't help, check if the game works when you launch it directly from the DMG file (just double-click instead of dragging the game to the Applications folder).
