No, Firefly does not have the publishing rights to Stronghold 2 and Legends, unlike Stronghold 1 and Crusader which was published by the Gathering of Developers (which went under, and the rights reverted back to Firefly) were published by 2K Games and have kept the rights to it.
Currently the only way to get Stronghold 2 or Legends in digital form is through the 'Stronghold Collection' which is available on a number of digital distribution retailers. It is also important to note that unlike the disc version, these will perhaps have DRM - the disc version is DRM free.

That a shame...
I never liked StrongHold 2 very much (little too deep Caste simulation for RTS, imho), but i played Stronghold Legends and it was very nice game (with spirit of original Stronghold) albeit it wasnt very liked by critics.
