When did this game get XP support? Or is it some bug in GOG's horrible website?

The game page gives contradicting information. It says "Works on: Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8) " but a little further down the page it also says "Windows: Windows Vista(64bit only) / 7(64bit only) / 8 (64bit only)". Which is it?

I could be wrong about this but I believe "Original Strike Suit Zero + DLC (PC)" which comes with "Strike Suit Zero: Director's Cut" can run off Win XP. (Not 100% sure about that though...)

From what I've read the Director's Cut version requires Win 7/8 64Bit and will not run on Win XP.

It must have been a bug on GOG's website as this contradiction has been remedied and it is now back to Vista and later.

The DC version afaik is port from PS3/4 (forgot which) and was never ported to openGL (DirectX 11 only so no Mac or Linux version of DC unlike the original). IF the windows version of the original has option to use opengl renderer, like the Mac and Linux ports do, it MIGHT work but XP was never officially supported. Actually, with DC the official support starts from Windows 7 SP1 so even Vista support was dropped and it also seem to require 64-bit operating system unlike the original.
