Developers never released MAC nor Linux version of the Director's Cut edition so it's Windows only. Original edition supported Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. If you own the original on GOG, the MAC version is still available from game card on your shelf and if you buy the DC edition, the standard edition is available as bonus content for both windows and mac (see attached images).
