Hey, I cant seem to play the game! I get the menu up and start the game but after the intro about being tested the screen will either freeze or go black, but the music keeps playing. What do I do?

Edit: My computer just died so I downloaded a couple games to the family computer, its a toshiba and I didnt even notice until about 10 hours after I posted...
