I just downloaded the game, had a read through the manual and got the first mission underway - only to have the game lock up during the runway animation. At the start, right after selecting weapons, I can go into the game options, but as soon as the jets start to take off and the camera view switches, everything locks up and I have to Alt-Tab out. Any ideas what's happening?

I should mention that the dogfight training missions seemed to work; that's the only other time I've tried flying.
