It is advertised as being included in the game, but not included in my download? Sorry, that should just read Community Pack DLC.

The community pack is downloadable for free on Matrix Games website, but installation (.exe file) doesn't work. On steam the pack is downloadable separately from the main game, not included in the game. I hope it helps.

Does exist a Community Pack for Strategic Command WWII: World at War? Or only for Strategic Command WWII: War in Europe?

Hi, currently there's only one for War in Europe, but modders are at work on projects for World at War and they generally post in the Matrix forums here:

There are some very nice counter mods in progress on that forum too.
