how do i reinforce my unit(s) ? manual ? i'm next to a hq, on a factory/city ? thanks ap ? thanks

Your assmptions are true. You must have being supllied (being next to factory or near HQ) and the ammount you can reinforce depends from the distance between the unit and the factory/HQ. The manual has detailed info.

The unit needs: to be in supply (if you have 6 or more it can be reinforced fully)
to be unmoved for that turn (it takes a whole turn to reinforce
you also need enough money (MPPs)
