I'm trying to run the game in 60 frames per second. However, it seems that the game falls into a 30 FPS average. The game is modded. I changed the video settings twice. Once for "On," and the other "Off." However, none of these options fixed the problem. I would like to know how to change the frame rate, if possible. The PCGaming Wiki doesn't give me that many answers so I am turing to you comrade to see if there is a solution.

These are my computer system:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz
Video Card: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
Video Card: #2NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
RAM: 8.0 GB
Operating System: Windows 10

How can I make the game run in 60 FPS?

That's definitely not true. Here's a short proof video that I recorded. During the recording with Bandicam the fps dropped below 100 but without I got super stable 144 fps.

Stranglehold FPS Test

My system specs are:

OS: Windows 10
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @ 3,40 GHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 6 GB (driver 445.87)
RAM: 16 GB DDR3

I did nothing special to get a good framerate. All I did was install the game using the offline installer and then I added the 1.1 FOV fix on top of it. Dynamic Shadows and Decals (Video Settings) where both set to ON.

Thanks. This was holding me back from getting this.
Does KB&M work good?

I never played this game with a controller before so I can't compare but keyboard & mouse works absolutely fine. The only thing you might want to edit is the mouse sensitivity in the game options when you pause the game so that it feels ok for you.
