I was playing Strafe today and I came across an upgrade vendor I hadn't seen before. I was using the SMG and the vendor had what looked like a rocket with a curly smoke trail behind it. When I used the secondary fire mode it launched a small rocket that followed a sort of random flight path. I could still get the rocket to go mostly where I wanted but it often veered off target.

Is this new or have I just never seen it until now?

UPDATE: Nevermind, it appears I have never received this upgrade and it's only new to me.
