Am on mines level - seem to be doing OK.
Fall down hole - avoid rock thrown from above.
Get out of hole.
Eventually reach room with three barrels, a chest and big pile of rags (two-headed thing?}.
After bashing barrels a conversation takes place (presumably between the two heads).
Screen goes black and I'm invited to reload.
Now this could be one of two things:
1) The two-headed monster is the fastest, most lethal baddie ever encountered by me in any game I've ever played
or
2) I have encountered a bug.
Any ideas?

Hay so you know i played this game when i was about 7 and the two headed big ogre will always kill you unless you enchant a silent spellon the barrles to keep him sleeping. that what i did back then. dont make any sound around him.

That guy is simple. And you don't need to waste so much Mana as well. Simply silence yourself OR if your Stealth is Maxed out then you don't even need to use the silence spell.

If your Stealth is Maxed, do the shuffle step in. (Step in, wait until walking noise is gone) then step forward again. Punch a barrel, wait for the sound to end, punch another. Wait for sound then punch the last one. Shuffle step into the chest DO NOT GO THOUGH THE OGER, and open it, then slowly work your way out. Once you are out you are free to go. Poor fool keeps right on sleeping.

IF your Stealth is NOT maxed out: Silence on yourself AND any allies you happen to have with you. Then step in and punch the barrels SLOWLY. Three rapid bashes may wake him. Do it quietly and slowly and you should have no problems getting past him.
