Ok, I know about the 2 times around posie thing you have to do, but I read that I need to give my parchment and charcoal stick to Chuckle the fairy I think, to draw a portrait of the queen, and I am suposed to give it to her....Problem is i cant get Chuckles to come up.....any help would be greatly appreciated !!! Thanks...

Couple of questions? Have you unlocked the door to her room yet with the two keys? He should automatically fly up to you when you do that and ask to have the charcoal and the parchment.
