Hi I just installed the game today.

The first time I played, the journal was as per usual. Then I made a new game and I noticed the bug after I picked up the journal.

"Things I've Heard" only had one record and the inventory had a glitch where the item descriptions did not match with the images and the last few item images didn't even have any description. I'm not too sure if the other journal categories are recording fine or not.

Probably doesn't affect the gameplay but it would definitely help in full immersion of the game.

Anyone can help?
