I am doing the dwarven city/feeding grounds levels, and have received the magic flint from Torin. However, when I go down to the feeding grounds and use it on the flint, it seems to break off a piece, but neither puts it in my inventory, nor on the floor where I can get it (no grab icon appears when searching the floor).

What am I missing? Is this a glitch? I've tried several times now.
