I've played all the way down to the sewers and there's a section of the map where two slimes reside. After I kill one I go to the kill the other and when that second slime dies the game totally freezes. At first I thought it was just lagging so I let it sit for about 5 min. When nothing happened I shut the program down and restarted, went back to the same spot and tried a different route, but same thing happened. That second slime is prohibiting me getting that stupid cylinder as I can't get around it without killing it first. Tried different weapons and even punched the thing to death (i don't recommend that either lol).

Any suggestions? Haven't had any issues other than the color sapping out but I fixed that.

It actually is possible to avoid fighting with it. Just get the cylinder - run past the slime, or draw it away.
