I did not install the included DosBox that comes with some GOG installers and I don't recommend it.
Just use D-Fend Reloaded or some other DosBox front end program.

just wanted to mention that this game ran 100% fine right out of the box using DOSBOX, although optimal settings are always nice to see posted.
