I can't zoom out playing as Paloma at the code lock for the cadaver lockers. I entered each of the codes separately and it would show the lockers opening, but it cut back to the SystemLock and I can't zoom out to exit. I saved the game and then logged back in, but I'm still stuck at that stupid lock. Anybody know what to do???

If you have an earlier save, from before you got stuck, just reload and DON'T use that keypad. Opening the cadaver lockers is entirely optional. If you don't have a save anymore, you can start over, you're not that far ahead yet.

I had a similar problem much later in the game. After using a valve to extinguish some flamethrowers I would click the 'zoom out ' button, the button would disappear, but I would stay zoomed in. Using an earlier save would not help, I would just get stuck again every time I used that valve. Fortunately, the valve turned out to be optional as well.
