Has anyone had a problem where you can no longer scroll through and read the documents you've found? After I picked up the medical records in Kaufman's office, when I go to look through my documents, the list gets stuck on Allepin's medical record and I can't see any of the other documents I had before except one. I tried restarting the game / reloading a previous save. Doesn't seem to help. Major bug!

I had the same problem. The documents you'll pick up later in the game won't vanish though so you can finish the game without problems. I could access them by clicking on them in the inventory, but the menu with the arrows didn't work properly.
This seems to be a problem on all platforms, not just Gog, so I guess there won't be a fix anytime soon.
