Nothing left. Under backup and goodies, no cloud saves listed.

Any help at all? Please.

Does anyone even know who I should contact for support, GOG or Paradox?

Just bought the game a bit over a week ago, about 12 hours into my first exploration of it. Ever have one of those weeks where everything just goes a little bit wrong, but that's OK it's Friday night and I can have a long play of a new game that will be calming and enjoyable and help me keep my balance.... oh wait, no, everythings gone.

your old 'online' saves will be in the pops_filestorage space... look in your default documents folder under Paradox and Stellaris... just copy the empire you want to keep playing into your normal save folder and go from there

if you run into bugs then roll gog back 1 until your game is finished

p.s, Paradox is in charge of support for Stellaris... Gog only does limited to issues with their UI and if you want to contact Paradox you have to first link your game to their account system using the key Gog gives you but be aware that once you link that key you are under Paradox rules

p.p.s, your key is only visable in a web browser... you can't see it with Galaxy 1 or 2

Exactly what I needed. They were all there, copied them out to the Stellaris folder under documents into "Save Games" folder and it all came back. Thanks you so much for all your advice, and where to go to in future if anything goes wrong.
