Hello together

Stellaris is not starting in the paradox launcher.
It gives the following message -> see attached picture
Visual C++ and .NET is installed.

Have you got an idea?

As a workaround, you can start the game without going through the Paradox launcher. Here I don’t even have this launcher installed, and the game still works flawlessly.
