What's the current state of being able to download and play with steam mods?
I just own the base game, and I'm wondering whether I should declare it a loss and buy the base game and the DLC I want over on steam or continue to buy (cheaper) DLC here. But I think I'd probably like to get some mods on at some point .

Haven't browsed for them yet, but I assume that eventually there will be a bunch for 3.7 that are worth having.

I prefer to play without the launcher, but I could use it temporarily to download mods from paradox then uninstall it if that works.
