Hey there!

My problem is as the topic says.

When I check the dlc list on the site it says I have everything, even Galaxy Edition Upgrade, but whenever I start the game, the exclusive "Spider" portrait is missing. Also, when I checked the game's directory looking for e.g. the novel, the directory which usually contains it is not there.

Something might have happened after I reinstalled the game due to E6 error.

Any idea about what could've caused it or how to fix it will be appreciated.

Yours Truly~

does "Galaxy Edition Upgrade" = Galaxy 2?

the extras like images and novels are not Dlc but under the extras tab [see image]

if you had Stellaris installed before upgrading Galaxy then it should still be in the same folder unless you re-downloaded it to a new location after upgrade... in which case you prob have two copies now

Honestly, I don't know what Galaxy 2 in that first sentence refers to. Is it GOG Galaxy app 2.0? If so then that's a yes too.

I upgraded it to Galaxy Edition around 2019 May and didn't notice it missing until this week, when the game itself said I need to modify one of my custom Empires because I don't possess the dlc or content and it became invalid.

When I checked its store page it says I already own it. Also says that when I put the whole Stellaris - Galaxy Edition into the cart and I go to check it out (not finalizing though) it says "Please note that Stellaris AND Stellaris: Galaxy Edition Upgrade Pack are included in Stellaris: Galaxy Edition but you already own these items, and will not receive another copy when you buy this pack."

As for the Extra tab, now I only have the soundtracks in the Addtitional Content part. Which is weird because I remember them being there similar to your attachment.

Edit: I didn't change the destination of the installation.

Edit nr.2: This is getting weirder... contrary to GOG Galaxy app, on the site it says I can download the contents like e-book (yippie!), wallpapers and digital arts, but not the exclusive portrait, which is still a mystery.

Looks like I found a workaround:

- Since I redeemed all the serials at Paradox, now I have 2 versions
- I installed both GOG and Paradox version (not very space-efficient)
- Copy the contents in the dlc directory which I have from Paradox version to the GOG version (Portrait, e-book and the rest of the goodies), although Paradox version says I don't have Federations in the manner GOG is about the Galaxy Edition Upgrade, but that's for another day and another forum.

And it's done.

Thanks for the help and the idea.

Cheers~
