I'm new to this game. I'm playing the tutorial but when I send my science ship to survey a star I get message box saying Curator Station Destroyed with an OK button. When I close this it shows an empty box that was underneath it. I close this and there is another one. When I finally close them all the Curator Station Destroyed box comes back with another load of empty message boxes underneath it.

I'm running Stellaris 3.4.5 on Windows 10 Pro. GOG Galaxy isn't showing any updates. I've tried disabling all add-ons. Any ideas how to fix this?

Uninstalling the game and re-installing it fixed the problem
