Is it possible to download v1.9 of the game. In GOG galaxy I can see only 3 branches: 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5. How I can downgrade to or download 1.9 branch of the game?

you can use the Paradox key [web browser only] to unlock the Paradox installer and use their versions so yes its possible
of course you need a Paradox account and follow their rules to do this... also any Galaxy and Stream versions need to be uninstalled first
