Downloaded 3.4.2 Cephus update, but it won't install. Anyone else have this problem?

No, probably just an corrupted download, just try it again. Otherwise, provide more information that just "doesn't work", like error messages.

he is prob blocking the C username appdata path Paradox likes to find your profile in... its normally that or the launcher can't get into a VPN
