Haven't been able to get the Page sample from a dead crew member.
I have killed all the infected in the crew quarters area and the two cyro bays next to the lab.
No luck.

What am I missing?

Did you clean out the lab itself? If I recall correctly, one of the infected crew in the actual lab is where I found the sample.

Decided to go do some more exploring, and -- just as you said -- got the sample in the lab.
