Hi, experience for the repair skill is shown differently, depending on the station where it was earned:
A character that's not part of the away team but in the ships repair position earns e.g. 2/3 of experience from repairing the ship.

If you assign this character to the team (while keeping the ships repair position) to be able to repair equipment, the bar is reset to 0. If you remove this character from the team the 2/3 are shown again, but without any experience gathered from equipment repair.

And by the way: I keep getting messages like "repairing FTL drive" and so on, although all systems are in 100% condition. Am I missing something here or is this damage not shown?
