Tile pretty much says it all. I don't see a mod folder so where do I download mods too?

dont know if you still want to know this but im gonna reply anyways its in you user folder theres a saved game folder with a eugen folder inside it inside that one theres a SD2 folder inside that folder theres a mod folder and thats where your mods go
