Hiyah!

I have an issue where I can't perform the surgery. After that bot thingy finishes the intro I'm supposed to click the buttons on the in-game screen, but I can't. The mouse movement is detected and the button highlight appears (the buttons change colour to green), but I can't click any. Nothing happens when I click. I can't access the menu (ESC key) either; don't know if that's related.

I thought it might be due to the windowed mode, but I tried in fullscreen and it's not working either. It's kind of a game-breaking bug as I can't progress, which sucks :(

Anyone had similar issues?

I also cannot get past this point. Disappointed this issue wasn't fixed as of end of 2021.

Tried the savegame above. It doesn't fix the problem. So officially the game is unplayable.

desikblack: I also cannot get past this point. Disappointed this issue wasn't fixed as of end of 2021.
This is a random issue that two people have had, so I am not sure what the problem was/ hundred thousand people have moved past this area so It seems like a rare edge case. I am happy to help as needed.
