I have a problem with tram charging. After changing the fuse between the boxes i go to the terminal, click the charge button, then a dialog sequence starts, and whe it ends nothing happens, and i can't do anything. Cursor doesn't appear, the double helix animation in upper right corner stops, but there are some sounds in background. Only thing i can do is hit alt+F4 to close the game. I tried to load a older save, run game in xp comaptibility mode and reinstalling the game, but none of it helps. Is it something wrong with the game or i'm missing something?

Hey MA5510 - can you send me the savegame quick - info@stasisgame.com / Can you close the terminal control charging window?

I created a save for you here:
stasisgame.com/public/savegame/tram/savegame00.dat

Please do the following:

1) In the save folder below - grab the save and send it to me :)
2) delete all the bookmark and save files
3) copy the save above into that folder - and play :)

PC Users: copy into the savegame folder (REPLACE USERNAME WITH YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME, YOU CAN GET IT BY TYPING %APPDATA% INTO EXPLORER)
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\The Brotherhood\Stasis\Savegames

Mac Users: copy into the savegame folder
~/Library/Application Support/The Brotherhood/Stasis/Savegames
Thank you for your reply. I have sent you my save games. And for your question, I cannot close the terminal, since there is no cursor after the dialogue ends (esc key also doesn't work). I don't know if this is important but I forgot to mention, I'm using two monitors, but game is started only in primary monitor, and when move mouse far enough, cursor appears on the second monitor.
Thanks M. Got the saves and will work out what was happening. Much appreciated.
Hi, I loaded your save, and for now game works. Thank you very much for help.
No prob! This weekend I will load up your saves and take a look at what caused the issue :) enjoy.

Any progress with that one? I'm experiencing the same issue.
Hey PT - we fixed this ages ago - can you confirm you just grabbed the game from GOG now?
Ill check whats up with that.

Until then:

PS.
I am going to push an update to GOG later this week which includes a few edge case fixes that we found in March - but these are really rare bugs, only experienced by a few player ever. If you would like to wait until the end of the week for the update then please do. Ill post in this thread once it is updated. GOG QA may need a few days to check it all works :)

I bought the game on 13 Jun 2016 and installed it trough the GOG Galaxy. The Galaxy says that version 1.09 of the game is installed. I have zipped my Savegames folder - you can get it from the following URL:

https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=4DC07F73E10747BA!236733&authkey=!AGf8LcNV2tAFDk0&ithint=file%2czip

I think I will wait for the update.

Thanks :) Please do me a fav and try the save listed in the post. If it runs then I have an idea what the issue is.
Please can you also post your specs her. Thanks so much.
Hi There,

Please can you try this.

Do an integrity check o the game and re-download/verify it. I think you may have a corrupt video in the download pack from GOG Galaxy. A video plays at this spot and the MKV might have an error that is causing this issue.

Then load the new save (or one just before that area you are stuck) but not the corrupt one.

Please let me know.

Nic

It is really, REALLY frikken awesome that you're here helping a gamer troubleshoot your game. Those words obviously don't do the awesomeness justice, but that's because the awesomeness is beyond words. The actions obviously speak for themselves, and, just, WOW~!

Let's get those blues to give you some gold (err, school-bus yellow, whatever it is.) !!!

I used "Manage Installation" -> "Verify / Repair" from the Galaxy Client and it says "STASIS verified, no changes applied." I did not have the chance to test your savegame yet - I will report once I've tried it.
My system is as follows:

Processor: Intel i7-5820k
Memory: 16 GB DDR4
GPU: Sapphire R9 290 4GB
OS: Windows 10 Professional

Cool. Ok wicked. Lets test the save or a slightly earlier one of your own and then game on! :)

I've removed all the files from the "Savegames" folder and copied the savegame that you posted. It appears that the savegame was made after the tram was charged. So I could not try it myself. From there I was able to board the tram and proceed further with the game.
