Can someone help me here. I can't access the config folder. As soon as it loads the config screen turns white and unusable.

I am so sorry about that. let me think...What you can do, is edit the config.ini file directly.
Do a search for it on your PC:

(REPLACE USERNAME WITH YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME, YOU CAN GET IT BY TYPING %APPDATA% INTO EXPLORER)
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\The Brotherhood\Stasis\

Play around with the settings in this file.
