Hi guys, hope someone can help me out here

After roughly 60 minutes of play, the game crash to desktop, and the sound loops. Happens everytime i play the game.

Reolution 1920x1080 120 hz
Specs:
GTX 780
i7 3770
ASUS Xonar DX
8 gb RAM

Couldnt find any solution online...

Just in case you've installed the 1.02 semi-official patch, it doesn't work well with the GOG version of Startopia.

You can try:
- Running the game in Compatibility Mode (Win XP SP3)
- Changing CPU affinity to only one core (Alt-Tab out of the game, open Taskmanager => Processes; right-click the game and change processor affinity so, that all are unchecked but one)
- Keep an eye on your systems temperature, random crashes can derive from overheating
- Don't force fancy graphic settings in the driver's control panel, but let the application choose

It turns out that my Asus Xonar sound card was the problem...but disabling DSP Mode "GX" fixed it for me.
