Somehow I'm unable to change to other decks in mission 2. Anybody got a hint? Do I have to unlock it somehow?

You can click the 2 in the upper left of the screen to go to the pleasure deck. Alternatively, you can use the 1-3 keys on the keyboard to switch between decks.

I just finished this and had the same problem make sure to go through all the messages and unpack all the crates and set them up that's what worked for me (except the ones that apply to the pleasure deck)
