I am stuck on the first menu.

I click "new profile" and then the "next"-arrow, but get taken back to an empty list of profiles.

Any obvious things i have not thought of?

I have the same Issue did you solve it?

What OS are you using and what folder path have you installed it to? Have you tried running the game as administrator?
