Baught the game yesterday and was playing a bit. First thing that I was notacing is that changing the framerate in the settings does not actually change the framerate (and yes, I applied the settings). Additionally unchecking V-sync will cause the game to calculate as much frames per second as the graphics card can do. Not got for the graphics card.

So I did the workaround via the gaphics card own settings and capped the fps to my desired value nut it would be good if the designated game setting would work.
