It's out on Steam and contains some needed bugfixes, but it doesn't seem to be available here on GOG yet.

Dear Devs:

Please don't treat us as second class customers when it comes to patches. I don't mind waiting an extra day, but lately there's been quite a few incidents where the GOG build wasn't kept updated despite crippling bugs. A short note along the lines of "Update will be coming" along with a date and the patch notes works wonders here.

Letting the local forums steam until the mood is poisoned and pitchforks (and refund requests) come out shouldn't become the standard here. I understand you people are busy with fixing things, but our money is as green as the steam buyer's. We merely expect the same updates.
GoG version is not the same as Steam version. We have to compile GoG build separately, without Steam Workshop support, without Steam achievements and several other things. That delays GoG version for a day or two. We are sending new version to GoG tomorrow.

Then you have another thing - GoG side. On Steam, we can upload new game version when we see fit. So the instant we decide to release the update, it gets released on Steam. On GoG, their team repacks the game and uploads it to their server and that can also take a few days.

But believe me, nobody, not us and not GoG has any intention of mistreating their customers. But due to technical limitations it will never be a simultaneous update, unfortunately. :(
You supported GOG with SPG2 very well and have a huge trust-bonus in my book.

We did our best but there were times that were unexcuseable. I remember once, we forgot to send completed and patched build to GoG, and then GoG team was on vacation so they also took a week to respond and a week to upload it here. It was 3 weeks or more of wait, which was unprofessional. We talked to GoG later and we started sending patches a day or two after Steam, and GoG team uploaded them in a day or two so everything started to get more smoothly afterwards.

I got words from our programmer that the GoG build will be sent to GoG tomorrow. :)
Glad to hear that. *thumbsup*
v1.011 patch is now available through GOG Galaxy. This includes the 1.010 update from a few days ago and brings GOG version in a perfect equilibrium with Steam :).
