Never Mind, Im beggining to think this fighter not landing on my ships is a gog problem, went on steam forums and not much mention of it.

Someone on Steam did report fighters not returning to refuel. Maybe that's it. We are aware of it and we'll try to sort it out for the next patch. Both on Steam and GoG.
