I click it, it sync's, then the play button comes back on. Can't get it to do anything, have already tried reinstalling it. Windows 10. ???

Hm, does the launcher starts at all? You can try going directly to game install directory and try starting it directly on "StarpointGemini3.exe"... Also, you can see if log.txt file was created and send it to our email customersupport@starpointgemini.com so we can take a look what might be happening...

My GOG says it's installed, but now I don't get the play option. I can't find the files. I can't install and I can't play. Is there a way to reset GOG without having to uninstall and reinstall?

Installing Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 fixed it for me
