I never really played that game (Except for some free roaming to get used to the controls) until after updating from Win7-64 to Win10. Everything seemed OK until I played more than an hour and experienced some major and unrecoverable graphic like crashes: stuck on an image with a streak of mouse cursors and mouse not working anymore, white screen like what you may see flash at the start of the game but this time nothing to get out of it not even good old ctrl-alt-del, or same freezing deal just after clicking on "save" to save a game or "load" to load one. I thought it was a game bug but to check it, I restarted the computer and booted in Win7-64 instead of Win10. No more crashes even after three solid hours of play. So now, like for WH 40K Chaos Gate, I boot in Win7 when I wish to play this game. Anyone else had same or similar problem in Win 10?

Windows 10 is a new OS.

We officially support 32 and 64bit versions of Windows 7, 8 and 8.1.
Some people don't experience any problems on Windows 10, some do. Unfortunately, there are no guarantees.

Please on the next crash, but before restarting the game, send us your game save and your log.txt (located in game folder) to oliver@starpointgemini.com with a short description of the problem (mention that you have Win 10).

We did some testing in our office and we didn't had any problems on Windows 10. So we need those logs to see what's happening. Thank you.

Thanks for the reply and it definitely not your fault! I started having graphic display error messages even on the desktop.I ended up doing a fresh install of Win 10 keeping only my personal files. After 48 hours of apps reinstall... I reinstalled Starpoint Gemini 2 and its running just fine.
It usually takes 2 to 3 months for all devs and hardware manufacturers to sort new drivers and solve compatibility issues. It was the same on 8.1, Win 7, Vista... :)

If you'll have more problems, please let us know so we can try to solve it.
