After i earned my 1.frigatte and got a decent equip i started exploring the world of Starpoint, or at least the parts i can travel without being shoot to pieces within seconds :) and found several interesting officers.

For some reason i found several high quality engis 20k+ cost/day but no Nav.- or Tac.-Officers that are above 7k.

I am still searching for a good tac.officer buffing beamweapons, imo i have one that give +10% beamdamge/CHC and +15% recharge.

Aside from this i am curios if someone found a highquality Nav.ooficer (10k/day+)

PS:I took a look at the Wiki-list, if the list is complete there are no high quality-officers for Nav.+Tac imo.

Indeed there are only low quality officer in the game mostly, and here is the reason:

I knew that all officiers are apprentice imo but i had something like "base quality" in my mind.
I can get engi-apprentices that range von 3k-22k/day but TAC and NAV seem to range only from 3k-12k...so i was curios if someone found a 15k+ officiers for TAC or NAV, apprentices but high quality :)
