Ha, I've actually been in contact with the guy who worked on Nebula Fighter. Unfortunately, since he doesn't own the full rights to the game, he can't easily bring it to GOG nor is he really interested.

Fury 3?

Terminal Velocity is available on GOG. There isn't much difference between the 2

Oh Fury3. Those were the days. That was a lot of fun and something a bit different at the time for me. I did play the shareware of Terminal Velocity that was on the Duke Nukem 3D cd-rom. I didn't have the full version of Fury3, but I actually found the full version of Fury3 a few years ago in a charity shop and bought it.

I remember the desert level boss where you were basically flying around fighting a huge cobra thing. It was cool and hilarious at the same time.

Fury 3 was one of those games that made me really happy I had a Gravis Analog Pro joystick.
