When the game starts only the middle third of the screen is visible so all the options like Settings, Exit etc are not visible.

For anyone else who has this problem the replacement persistent.sav solution in the Steam page https://steamcommunity.com/app/1523650/discussions/1/4139438683074551052/ works.

The alternate seems to be lower the PC resolution but I didn't try that option.
