Hello everyone! My first post here :)

I just bought and downloaded Stardew Valley, and I did so based on the fact that there is a mod to slow and even freeze time (which is crucial, because this game purpose is for relaxing, and the fast timer don't help much). But now I need the SMAPI to install mods.

I've tried several SMAPIs and every time I've opened them, they crashed.

My question is: Is there anybody here with the Gog version of Stardew Valley with a working API with mods installed and working? Or can anyone help me in that regard?

What OS are you on?

I play GOG's Linux version in Mint Serena 32bit with SMAPI 1.8 from here. I had to install mono and then it worked as per instructions out of the box.

Mods I use:

Cheat:
Horse Whistle - summons horse to PC location

Bugfixes
Animal Mood Fix - there are several known bugs with animal mood, this fixes one

Interface
Better Ranching - shows unmilked animals, instafails some (sadly not all) failed attempts
CJB Item Sell Price - necessary for basic econ
Gift Taste Helper - cuts down on alt-tabbing
NPC Map Locations - same

Installed but unused:
Clean Shane's Room
Get Dressed
Zoryn's trainer (comes with SMAPI)

Edit: tested GOG's latest Windows installer + SMAPI 1.8 + Zoryn's trainer + Timespeed 2.0 on 7 Professional. Nothing crashes, the mod works.
