I have a windows surface rt 2 tablet with windows 8.1. I've purchased and downloaded this game but cannot run due to a message saying that my 'PC is unable to run the app try looking for one that will in the windows store'... and there is none. Same with gig galaxy and the gig downloader.. anyone know what to do?

According to https://www.gsmarena.com/microsoft_surface_2-5725.php that tablet has an Arm Cortex processor. Everything (or almost everything, I think there are some emulated amiga games) sold on GOG requires a x86 processor.

Your tablet is a very exotic phone and you're trying to run a PC game.
