I see great value in the water obelisk, but you can already take the minecart to the mines, any suggestions for getting use out of it aside from a status item?

I know putting it on the opposite end of your farm would maximize the benefit, but I still would just take the carts.

Yeah, I was thinking about purchasing this obelisk, until I remembered mine carts were a thing in Stardew. I ended up purchasing two Statues of Endless Fortune, instead.

I'm ultimately going to get one for completion's sake, but I'm not sure how to best use it. The obelisks don't really match the theme of other farm buildings (can't really be helped but I like to keep my farm looking good)

Maybe it should be cheaper in price or resources since it is of less use than the water obelisk.

Another idea is making the obelisks double as a "crafting" station - place item x in and get a corresponding totem?
