I've just started; do things "open up" in this game?
Is there somewhere to get new clothing? At the general store all that seems to be available right now is a backpack.
What's the deal with the health clinic? I go when it's open; nobody's ever in there. I get the "hand" icon by the counter but nothing seems to happen. Is the place for healing?
Can the cottage you inherited be expanded (ie, made larger, add floors/basement, etc.)?
And could someone point me to some decent mods that improve the graphics a bit? I'm assuming there are some, but as I've just gotten the game I'm not too familiar with it yet.
