ok here the problem whenever I start the game nothing happened, already download the offline version from the website already, re-instal direct x and download the lattest version of the audio drivers, even disable all the audio drivers since a read that that could be the problem.

ps: have no idea where to find the logs, if someone know where they are please let me know to update the post

I have the same problem. Posted a support ticket about it - doesn't start from Galaxy, in-folder shortcut or actual .exe itself. Nothing works. Latest version and all.
