Hello! I'm New!!! x)
I've been THIRSTING for this just as the rest of the the world. I finally was able to get some things adjusted on my end in order to get it running on my laptop.
This seems to be an issue others have had yet I wasn't able to find a solution that has helped me all day ><
The game is crashing during 1st "auto" save on start up after Intro.
I am seeing saved files of the characters I had just created however in the StardewValley Data folder. It's crashing right as it's saving and keeping the saved game. However when I reload StarDew and choose Load a game...nothing is found...
Could I please get some help? I would very much appreciate it. <3

I figured out that it was an issue with some files from the game saving in the windows temp folder. I deleted everything in it YOLO and now StarDew works.
