Perhaps I'm mistaken, has Starbound NOT been updated here, despite claims on Starbound's blog?

I doubt you'll get a fair word from anyone in this thread... I'd be happy to help but I only just bought the game of my own accord.
YouTube videos are still aplenty, and I find them quite nice with this game.

Strange, it never updated on my account page to show it had been updated. Usually you see a blue dot when it has been updated. And I certainly saw the date of the thread, I also saw how dead this forum was.

Yeah, you'll find many games don't get notifications because that's what happens now. There is the 'what did just update' thread if you haven't bookmarked it.
As for being dead in the forum, again... that's just what it's like on GOG. Most of the time people don't engage in the game specific areas, and just sit in general discussion. It's a crap reality of GOG, unfortunately.

Yeah, Just wanted to hear some comparision with the steam release...I'm still puzzled to which version I should get. I'd go for the drm free version everytime, but I fear the lack of future updates...
