My brother and me bought Starbound in different account, we play in same pc, but when i open the game her characters appear. Can i have my characters and my universe in my account, without that appereance her characters?

Don't bother unless you are a technical wizard. It's even more impossible if you have GOG Galaxy.
Is there a reason specific to why you want to do that?
